How many of
us enjoy cooking? Probably many of us! Irrespective of who we are or
what we do cooking comes across as the most engaging and satisfying
activities for many of us. Gone are the days when cooking could be
benched marked as only the pride married ladies. The empire has been
invaded and all for good reasons. Cooking is a pride for homemakers
and pleasure for amateur like us. Nevertheless there has been a
drastic change in our approach and perspective to cooking in the
present times. Taste forms priority and health has become the
necessity while time is diminishing in availability at a speed
greater than expected.
Given the
challenges of 21st
century cooking world, the advent of microwave came as the greatest
boon ever. With time constraint the inclination towards junk food was
observed to be on a constant rise. People had little time to devote
more time to elaborate cooking processes to get served tasty food
which was also high in nutrition. Something like our mothers and
grand moms used to cook for us.
The
dependency on junk and unhealthy food consumption is not at all
appreciated in medical terms. It often opens up immense possibilities
of health problems and ailments. The advent of microwave cooking made
it possible to cook great food in a little time with the nutrients
being kept intact in the food. Our mothers created magic in food for
us. But we are not bestowed with such abilities. The super busy daily
life schedule and hectic lifestyle always keep us away from the
pleasure of healthy cooking.
Microwave
allowed us to cook tasty and healthy food. All we need is a proper
recipe, correct ingredients and an appropriate casserole set or
mixing bowl to cook the food in. Great food served in less time with
proper nutrients is what microwave cooking allowed us to achieve.
